摘要： 20 世纪20 年代后期是美国物理学的转型期，密歇根大学理论物理学中心的筹建和暑假理论物理研讨会的运作模

式成为物理学建制史上的典型案例. 本文以此案例进行概述和分析，希望能对我国现今物理学研究团队的建设和物理学研讨

会的举办产生有益的启示.

Abstract: The latter part of the 1920s is the transition period of American Physics，and the operation mode of the center of theoretical physics of University of Michigan has become a typical case in the history of physics construction.This paper summarizes and analyzes the case，hopes to have a beneficial enlightenment to the construction of our country's current physics research team and the workshop of physics.
